hello i'm patrick and i'm jeff we're here in sweltering nottingham in fact it's so hot games workshop have made the
0:06
last minute decision they're going to relaunch the tallahan desert rangers
0:11
no i don't know what they are well you you'll get there you knew
0:18
[Music] so i've done one of these for a little while have we we haven't had it yet it's
0:24
been a hot minute it's been i mean it's going to be a very hot hour absolutely right we haven't had a little
0:30
ramble for a little while have we we haven't yeah it's nice to be back to it gave it a little give a little cheeky
0:35
pause got some we've got some other videos out some dude stealing some mind warriors yeah i think um
0:41
was going to say was the last time was it the last time you're in the studio we had zach and dan here
0:47
oh no we did orcs yeah we speak painting all right zach and for those who
0:52
don't yet follow the facebook page and you should faith in damnation zach and there's uh
0:57
his pal and wingman dan they came here didn't he and they got to see where all the magic happens yeah it was really
1:03
cool yeah it was really nice yeah they kindly uh gave us some stickers so you will see little logos
1:09
for faith and damnation knocking around yeah go in there go and ask them if you can join their page a lovely painting
1:15
group that's it oh yeah and we also have a presence our first official presence what size brush
1:20
do you want to use yeah because these are being kindly done donated by ashdown gaming they've
1:27
brought us some bushes which was very very nice of them zac did a good job of bringing them up and delivering them uh i think i'm going
1:33
to go with for what i'm doing i might go with this i'm going to go this one i think i'm going to use because i like it
1:38
too yeah i like uh i like you know now that i'm getting on i like to use a brush so small a lot of
1:44
strange me eyes she doesn't don't like to make life easy for meself just need to go into sport
1:49
mode absolutely right i'm sure sport mode might happen tonight actually the goggles are sitting there ready to go yeah so
1:56
pat what you painting so with my ashdown gaming pure kolinsky sable size two brush
2:01
oh you oh you're so slick you are so sl hashtag influencer um i am only going to
2:09
be using one paint today and that is chrome model air the mother of all paints if it gets in
2:15
focus there we go um and i'm i'm gonna paint ye old space marine that i always paint but he
2:23
doesn't have that much metallic on him so i'm just gonna sneakily do a little bit and i imagine i will
2:29
have done that pretty soon um but i'm also painting
2:35
my uh warpsmith man the myth so these tentacles uh tendrils mechanical
2:43
tentacley things yeah that are coming out of him um i've made the decision to try and edge
2:49
highlight each and every single piece of those just because you hate yourself do you hate your life
2:55
yeah like i need to repent for my sins um so um it's gonna take me flipping
3:02
ages so i thought i may as well get ahead of the game try a little bit on here i like the feet
3:09
you know what i really like the feet on this the highlights i've already put the chrome
3:14
on the feet and you know some of that is going to be covered up with weathering powder
3:20
because that's what i've done well not whether i've had a dry brushing yeah stippling to try and tie it into the base
3:25
um but with this i'm already thinking well you know maybe this guy was called down
3:30
into the battle only recently so he doesn't have that much dust on his shoes yeah maybe because i'd be crying if i covered yeah
3:38
because they look so good they look really good i mean not not that i'm like
3:43
tooting tooting one's own horn yeah um but for for my skill and ability i am happy
3:49
with how they look and it's the uh the sculpt as well with these little bits around the side yeah it
3:55
looks like almost like he's wearing like um crampons doesn't it yeah like um he does actually have because they
4:02
this will be flush with the base this foot but this one that goes up he does actually have spikes
4:09
on the bottom of his boots i've never noticed i've never really looked at this scope before but
4:17
i'm going to stick some hazards on his bum obviously not today but it's absolutely right and then that's all going to be covered it's my wife she
4:23
would tell you that they probably could use that on the back of my trousers as well so yes that is looking good that is what
4:30
i'm doing uh what are you doing jeff first time ever talked about often but never been
4:35
on the show because i always paint uh my sudden stuff on the show and i am
4:40
actually going to be tonight having a little bit of a run at this plague marine i've gone back into
4:46
painting the plague marines mainly because at some point in the very near future i'm going to be doing
4:52
an episode sort of covering rust and this guy is one so i decided to
4:57
start getting me uh start getting me me rust back on starting to get back into that frame of mind after painting
5:03
some very nice clean silver space marines i thought that uh i get back so this is the latest
5:08
one i've been painting as you can see the rust is all done on the engines already he's got a nice
5:14
rusty and gooey looking plague knife already and so he really needs he needs
5:19
his he needs his chainmail loincloth doing and if i get chance i'll start doing a little bit of um
5:26
some of the extreme uh highlighting with him which is gonna be with this great color which i love love love
5:33
is what is it jeff it's from your uh from your uh
5:39
armored suitcase of doom oh yeah it's it's greenish white by ak interactive it's i love it because it's um
5:47
it's quite an odd color because the fact it it it does jar against um death guard with them being sort of grubby
5:54
but i the problem i have with death cards is i think when you look them up from across the board which is how we always think
6:00
is about things from four foot away yeah is they they can become a bit of a green blob yeah oh i think yeah yeah and i
6:07
like this because it's quite an extreme highlight and it just sort of elevates some nice little cracks in the
6:12
armor and one thing or another as i like to i this this paint leads me to my painted expression which is grim
6:20
dark what were the lights on train mark yeah absolutely great um yeah so it just
6:26
helps just sharpen up the edges a little bit just to make the uh make ten plague marines not look quite
6:32
as just sort of like a yeah a grim thing on the other side of the board with no detail i've only filmed a load of death
6:38
guards uh once for a bat rep on uh one plus and that was like the narrative
6:43
ultramarine versus death card yeah and they had like quite a dark um
6:49
board to represent like the plague coming across um and then the marines were quite dark
6:54
as well especially on on the top down view it was just kind of like blob but you couldn't yeah you can't jump and
7:01
it's a shame because up close they're really lovely miniatures but i don't want to have to my ministers
7:06
have to go close to someone's face for them to figure out they look nice so i i use that to try and create a
7:11
a nice sort of highlight from a sharp sort of highlight from a distance right then so let's crack on yeah
7:18
fantastic so um as we always start off with jeff absolutely
7:25
warhammer plus or minus warhammer plus or minus uh right then on three
7:31
one two three minus oh you've got them there now i've got
7:36
them there oh yeah oh talk to me about your name yeah i've gotta be honest you know it kills me i didn't think i was
7:42
gonna say it find interrogator a bit boring
7:49
um it has struggled the second arc hasn't really gone quite as far as
7:55
no i was bored and i'm getting a bit bored of the sort
8:00
of faux cockney accents on everybody as well it's all a bit yeah sounds like if people have been hired to do the voices
8:06
on it where people who couldn't get a job on eastenders
8:13
we're going to have one of the characters get out my pub yeah i'll come to that at some point soon
8:18
yeah yeah i'm a bit um yeah a bit struggling with it if i'm being honest so um
8:23
so yeah uh it's battle reports last couple have been
8:30
horus heresy i'm grateful yeah you're playing it if you are good for you i'm really pleased for you
8:35
boring i'm not um you know so i can't have it all my own way but you know i'm being
8:40
objective from my point of views it's i want to be objective i should say from
8:45
my but from my point of view i'm like it's battle reports that don't massively float my boat no yeah um yeah
8:53
i think like it's i know that um in the past you have criticized them for
8:59
being like you're putting out this game why are youtubers like the first people to get a battle report yeah um
9:06
to their credit they they are back they pull their finger out and they've got armies painted they've got horus
9:12
here you see battle reports on the warhammer battle report uh before
9:17
other people yeah uh so credit workers dude bloody time
9:22
i watched like the the most recent week that we've had um
9:29
i haven't i haven't watched a single thing um because it's all been uh aos there's
9:36
no animations yeah no master class it was an aos battle report and the law masters which doesn't really interest me
9:43
so i just didn't know no um but i did watch the um
9:48
the the battle report the second horus heresy one um where they uh had the
9:55
primarks in as well oh yeah yeah yeah and some of it was decent the intro was
10:01
pretty good uh some of the shots were were nice like the production quality is there
10:06
i think where it falls down and i know i've talked about it before is is the format and how it
10:13
turns into two people telling you about a game of warhammer that they played rather than you
10:19
watching people in the game um because there were there was one moment where
10:24
um these two dreadnoughts were fighting each other and apparently they both exploded and that explosion wiped out a
10:31
ton of marines and we were just told about it i would love to have seen that what are
10:37
the chances of that happening i imagine that's quite slim absolutely right yeah very awesome and and then it was just
10:42
sort of like this also happens that was fun anyway oh it's just not engaging um
10:50
so that that upset me a little bit but i am accustomed to it um so generally i don't i mean i
10:57
i don't watch the battle reports all the way through i'm quite keen to see what they do with the intros the intro was like my sort of like baby when i was
11:04
there yeah um all the 360s and and the like
11:09
the fake like mandalorian style lightning in the background and all that kind of thing um
11:16
yeah yeah for me it's a minus like i didn't even like i said didn't watch anything this recent week oh do you not watched
11:23
any of the paint uh any that did not watch any of the the master class on the painting uh there wasn't a master class
11:28
this week oh there was no last week it was here's how to use some kind of contrast things that you haven't
11:34
got yet yes yeah yeah um well i'll tell you what i did um
11:40
i always feel like we we give her an easy ride because she we because she's a good friend of yours but
11:46
i i thought suggs's um plasma coils lesson was really good
11:51
i missed that i didn't know that has been released yet i need to see it really good i thought you really made it it really did a very
11:58
very good job of explaining it and i know i was feel bad because i was she got today i'm like saying i always feel like we just going
12:04
oh yeah let her off because you know but um i did think it was very good
12:12
oh i saw some stills but i didn't think it was released yet yeah yeah yeah watch it um i feel i feel under prepared yeah
12:19
um but so one thing i am going to talk about yeah and it is masterclass oh okay
12:24
um i'm gonna if you'll allow me to just have a big
12:30
i'm just gonna put my tinfoil hat on oh oh you've not wore that before no
12:36
yes it's very fetching very dashing um the palette shots are all fake now
12:43
are they so i'm gonna put some images when i edit this i'm gonna put some images over the
12:48
top and the next time you have a watch or when you well i'll show you the pictures afterwards um i think
12:56
the um the palette shots are done afterwards now
13:02
um so say if we watch peachy paint something on the youtube yeah um
13:07
quite often you know they'll they'll they'll go right we're gonna base coat this mcrag blue and they'll grab a little bit of paint
13:14
and um put it on the palette it all looks nice and neat and then they go right that's
13:20
done now we're going to move on to this and then when you see the palette again it's really messy because they've gone
13:25
backwards and forwards they're getting the paint out they're mixing it to the right consistency yeah
13:30
and that used to be the way with masterclass
13:36
whereas now in the recent ones um when i watched aidan paint
13:42
i don't know like a prey tour or something um and in some of the contrast paints when they talk about mixing them they go
13:49
to the palette and they put them on and then when they come back to it everything's like super neat like it's
13:55
not being used so one of my gripes with master class has been they don't show the pain
14:00
consistency yes that they don't like with the name like mastic i think my issue with masterclass is i'm not
14:07
getting the tuition that i thought
14:12
i would have gotten yeah and now i'm looking at the palette shots and i'm like yeah it's getting
14:18
they're not real that's that's like a fake representation of what you're doing
14:23
masterclass now isn't like here's how to paint like
14:29
heavy metal it's it's like it's like on the back of the box build it
14:35
base coat it a few finishing steps um it's like here's how to draw an owl
14:40
you know draw some circles add a few details bam it's done and you've put ten ten years
14:46
practicing um so my i encourage people to if you have
14:52
warhammer plus um you know i'm gonna put some red circles around the uh around the things but um yeah i think i
14:58
think the pilot shots are fake i can't imagine this episode of the review shows turned into an expose yeah i can't
15:04
imagine that like i don't know who's made the decision or why like maybe it's faster to paint the
15:11
miniature if you're not like mixing the paint and stuff like that but like why would you
15:17
hide that from the uh from the watches from the viewers if
15:23
you're trying to teach them like i don't i think what i think of math like i look at masterclass and i think great
15:29
i'm going to learn how to paint from the very best miniature painters that there is
15:35
um but that was my expectation and now as i watch it and i see how it develops
15:41
in personally what i think is the wrong direction now masterclass isn't that it's just
15:46
like here's he's watching someone like these are the colors they use and this is where they
15:52
put them and they say words like glazes what does it mean it means nothing yeah
15:58
i'm just watching somebody really good at paint painting paint tin foil hat off there we go
16:05
it's a it's definitely an intro i mean it's it's just not on really is it because
16:10
it's like you know you know i'd like to point out by the way this is actually the real palette that's being used at the moment no no no
16:17
i'm just very good at after effects and cgi you're not actually painting him you're not painting it's all right yeah
16:23
yeah but um yeah it's um it's it's northy isn't it because it's
16:28
the idea it's meant to be us meant to be learning something from it and you know a natural fact all it is
16:35
is like you say it's just it's sort of descended into just watching somebody paint isn't it
16:40
yeah yeah so like i think if i like i do genuinely
16:47
find like louise's tutorial was like helpful yeah um like cool ideas and cool
16:53
techniques and how to how to do things like i'd never even thought how would i paint a glass bottle
17:00
with a potion in it you know and it's really good that that came up because i've got a miniature for this for the
17:06
death guard that's got about 15 of the bloody things on his back that i need to do so yeah so i think
17:12
if because i can't imagine louise is sat there going i'm going to keep my paint
17:17
consistencies a secret yeah and people are going to have to guess and figure it out themselves like like she's lovely
17:24
and she wants people to paint really well so someone's made the decision um to to do this i think on hair plasma
17:31
coils one you don't see a pallet at all yeah so there you go um so they'll just say things like thin
17:37
down the paint glaze on this paint yeah and there's a lot there's a lot of assumed knowledge like i remember watching the first
17:44
pilot for faces um and and one of i think like my first
17:50
initial feedback was like should i know what a glaze is yeah um
17:55
because i didn't at the time um like i feel like i've only
18:01
really understood sort of what a glaze is fairly recently as i uh put these humongous highlights on this guy um
18:09
so yeah i think my my um my view of masterclass i think instead
18:15
of getting getting annoyed that i'm not getting the tuition that i want from a service that i pay for that's
18:20
called masterclass um i think now i look at it and go oh
18:25
that's a cool idea that's a cool way of painting yeah that um i i'll experiment and give it a go um
18:34
if they paint say like the avatar of cane or um you know the prey tours and stuff
18:39
generally like aidan's done like the more like full miniatures um that's of no interest to me at all
18:47
now because i'm just watching him put paint on plastic not really knowing how he's
18:52
doing it yeah um yeah strange decision to make as well wasn't
18:58
it yeah yeah the biggest the biggest miniature company um
19:05
not yet i just yeah i don't understand like
19:11
like you look at you look at the palettes everything's neat and tidy and and just like everything's mixed down with a bit of water
19:16
well the bit that makes me laugh as we're still here at the point that god knows how long you know it's been and they still aren't making a palette
19:23
no still not making a wet palette yeah you know for the longest time i thought
19:29
well they don't make a wet palette because it goes against their painting style but now obviously when you're looking at the
19:36
way they had increasingly painting gone master class and then on youtube yeah they've acknowledged the existence of a
19:42
wet palette i think still aren't people yeah yeah i think like i mean they don't
19:49
they don't use one on youtube oh john did not use one um because they that has to be only products that they
19:55
sell oh right um and um and it and it is should be very
20:03
beginner friendly as well i think there will most likely be with the youtube presenters
20:09
a bit of um [Music] like the new the new guys some of the
20:14
horus heresy um tutorials are saying like do an edge
20:20
highlight now do a thinner one in that of this color and i'm watching on my phone and i'm like i can't see that yeah
20:28
barely see when i'm holding the military i'm watching it on youtube yeah yeah yeah that's it um
20:34
but uh yeah there you go those are my my sort of two
20:40
two cents on on masterclass i've i don't view it as a masterclass anymore i view it as
20:46
cool ideas on how to paint specific parts of miniatures yeah yeah that's but that's it but that's it because
20:52
otherwise it's a bit sad yeah otherwise i just get a bit frustrated yeah um because i don't i don't
21:00
understand the decision-making process that they're going through um it's it's weird yeah i wonder why i'd
21:06
love to speak you know use some of these things where you want to be a fly on the wall don't you go why did you you know what what was going
21:13
on there when you decided on that you know speed maybe
21:18
yeah maybe maybe that's what it comes down to it comes down to speed i don't know but
21:23
yeah but then you're filming it separately like you could if you're if you're doing
21:29
if you're filming with like two or three cameras it's interesting the whole filming process for masterclass is
21:35
bizarre so they have this massive set which you only see
21:40
in a couple of shots yeah like in the introduction yeah
21:45
and then a few bits where they're doing their exposition and they say oh i got this paint and this paint and then it
21:51
cuts back to them okay now you've done that let's do this and then it and they do paint in the studio but
21:57
they're when they paint they put a
22:02
piece of black paper in front of like over the table yeah
22:08
that they're painting on so like you see in there in their intro there's a cutting mat in front of them and the
22:13
paints that they're using yeah but they're not so they're trying to sell it like
22:19
okay i'm gonna do this and these are the paints i'm gonna use now we're gonna do it but then it like what the filming of
22:26
them painting could literally be done anywhere like they could do it upstairs in the offices yeah um so they have all of this
22:33
massive studio that you only need to spend like
22:39
you get what like a minute's worth of footage two minutes worth of footage per masterclass
22:44
all of that money for that set that just gets used like a fraction yeah a fraction of time it's like
22:50
yeah it's it's the the filming of the show like there could be so much say
22:55
like in the videos that we've we've produced like the the um the uh
23:01
i'm warriors the jean steelers like when we're painting something everything feels like it's in the space absolutely
23:07
right try and make a conscious effort to be like look this is why i spilt blood angel's red when i was painting orcs
23:14
this table's now starting to tell a story that this is like like like the mugs of tea
23:20
and you know the lights in the background and and some of the pictures are like characters yeah yeah um
23:26
albeit you know small ones but it all adds up to to you know to do that whereas if i
23:33
if if i was talking and i'm like okay now i'm going to paint
23:38
and we swap to this camera where my blood angel is and you're like you can see the paint point you can see the
23:43
table um even though you know he's out of focus there we go but if that just swaps and you've got a black background and
23:49
it's like well that's not there like what what's the point yeah like it there's at least with like the battle reports
23:55
you know that's all grounded and that makes sense it would be like if they did the interviews for the battle reports in
24:00
the canteen yeah and and good analogy it'd be like uh hi and
24:07
welcome to battle report and this week i'm eating a jacket potato
24:12
oh [ __ ] um i need to and like there's just this disconnect and they're
24:17
fantastic painters um you know you know really good presenters but yeah um
24:22
there's just some decisions somewhere that aren't making sense i've said that like three times and going around in circles we need to move on yeah
24:29
but yeah you know well it's still about half an hour short and last time we talked about warhammer plus so yeah
24:34
there we go yeah yeah yeah so um and i still haven't got my miniature yeah oh you still haven't
24:40
got your miniature i still haven't got me ten second rewind on the player either when it comes no no uh we don't
24:45
have subtitles on there we still don't have some tails because apparently nobody deaf paints miniatures no no no
24:50
well that's that's lucky isn't it this is yeah yeah yeah yeah so uh come on warhammer
24:56
plus just pull your finger out just a little bit more you know be nice so maybe they're not pulling their
25:02
finger out because they're going to kill it yeah just put a bolt gun to its head
25:08
yeah yeah maybe summary executed the thing is i think about this because like if they just put everything on youtube
25:15
this is oh no that was a free brush oh yeah oh but i said i appreciated
25:20
yeah yeah oh
25:26
do you want to get a a monkey brush and throw it in there just to feel like you can continue with them yeah yeah yeah
25:32
i've used that one for like oh there we go and i headbutted the camera um oh tell that studio exactly um
25:42
there may well be decisions behind the scenes that go on that you know i just don't understand yeah um i
25:49
know that like their manufacturing capacity is um
25:54
pretty much like maxed so maybe they don't want new customers what they want to do is like milk the existing
26:01
customers for lots and lots of money um
26:06
so maybe that's a thought process behind it but they this the whole warhammer plus is
26:13
like granted if you got it day one it was what 50 quid
26:19
for the year yeah um and then you got like a 10 pound voucher that's right you get the free
26:24
miniature you do you get the apps like if you use everything 40 50 quid for a whole year it's not
26:31
a horrendous amount of money um i think like it was it was just heavily advertised as
26:40
the animations the animations and they said oh we're going to have all of these animations we're going to have a starties and this that and the other
26:46
um of which you know we haven't even seen yet um
26:52
so if they put things out on youtube they wouldn't be able to get
26:58
you know sponsors in like this video was brought to you by squarespace yeah um
27:03
and that kind of thing but they would get the ad revenue yeah of course um so i think the average thing is like four
27:09
dollars per 1000 views yeah so you get a million views a month you get four thousand quid
27:15
um four thousand dollars yeah which is what like three thousand six hundred and something um
27:23
brain fog they would have all that money and astartes when it came out went
27:28
mega viral yeah it did incredibly well granted the official version has been taken off
27:34
somebody's put all four four or five bits together and that's on like 20 odd million views
27:40
they won't be getting any ad revenue from it because like games workshop would have said like copyright yeah um
27:46
but they could be making money that way and bringing people into the hobby
27:52
because the starter is just responsible for so many people getting into warhammer um so they've just kind of gone i know
27:59
that like they'd like to do everything in house and keep it all sort of them but
28:04
like i feel like it was just a massively fumbled opportunity
28:09
um and like a very short-sighted one like warhammer plus has been mishandled
28:15
the shows aren't as good as they could be the frequency of the animations is is really poor
28:22
i think i think yeah they're gonna have to because i think that they're gonna they'll have done so much
28:28
now that they're gonna have to go ahead with the second year yeah we know there's angels of death there'll be a start he's two allegedly
28:35
yeah you know there'll be lots of sequel things going on but um the miniatures have obviously been made
28:42
because you've seen outlines of of at least the 40k one anything so they're gonna have to go ahead but i do think if
28:48
they don't know i think that miniature though like say they've given the outline of the 4k like i don't think they will can um
28:55
100 plus for a second you i don't think they will i think i think it will go i
29:00
think it will go at least this next year yeah but then after that i think it will uh yeah
29:07
um and then if games work shop around like games workshop is they'll just cancel it and then they will talk about
29:13
it as they'll talk as though it never ever existed in the first place and we don't know what you're talking about yeah
29:18
so what happened to warhammer plus what what you mean what what what subway
29:27
yeah you know because that's what it's like like disney plus beforehand no no no no
29:34
terrible terrible so um yeah i think the uh yes but anyway
29:39
enough of that yes let's move on shall we shall we yes right okay right it's
29:44
been a while we've got a lot of releases we have got a lot of releases yeah um one that completely cared for me because
29:51
i was under the impression that they were going to be releasing this new well not on the impression going to release the
29:56
new kill team i knew they're going to release a new kill theme yeah but like everybody else
30:02
everyone had done the mental just gymnastics and believed it was going to be the new uh castle
30:09
i'm going to just keep choosing dude where's the beginning of the caterer oh god catkin categories catacombs
30:17
[Laughter] pyramids kitkats
30:25
yeah yeah special forces canadians yeah everyone was went are they going to do them because eagle-eyed viewers are gone
30:32
they've done the bases differently in these shots to the bases
30:37
yeah that's the imperial guards is it likely they're going to turn up in kill team i know and behold
30:46
what things did they do someday they yeah they did some uh they did this
30:51
uh uh an update on on their skirmish games and they covered kill team
30:58
and it wasn't our cheeky cajun friends at all it wasn't it was and it's the first time they've had two new armies
31:04
continuing models in that yeah since the first box yeah because the rest of them have been one new unit and another
31:11
upgraded unit and this time it's the first time they've done new models and
31:17
models that we've not really seen before being uh imperial navy breaches
31:22
yeah and i've got to be honest we've got them here they're lovely yeah they're really
31:27
lovely loads of character they look like they they have the impression of looking like they are
31:33
naval troops i think they look great i like the big steady looking boots as though they're uh
31:38
they're magnetized yeah you know for the for you know for moving around the hole on the outside they look great
31:44
um the one with the the shotgun with the gap in the shield which we're looking at now yeah fantastic and if the idea being
31:52
as as somebody else said on youtube if the idea of not it you'll never be able to know but the idea being is is that when
31:58
he's got that in there he just racks the shotgun yeah really cool i like the fact that he went
32:04
uh so we can have a double barreled shotgun for him he went no how about treble barrels will do me
32:11
oh i haven't noticed that before oh wow all the barrels yeah but yeah really
32:16
really nice he's very very cool liking him lots and then the third one as well who's
32:22
walking along carrying a shotgun running along carrying a shotgun and he's um racking the slides and he's ejecting
32:28
an empty uh an empty shell out of it as well as he goes oh wicked yeah it's really cool the boss
32:34
is nice with the bulk gun and the helmet yeah yeah yeah that is a character yeah really really nice so they've only shown
32:40
us three there's a strong likely called they will be a 10-man box yeah
32:46
well not a 10-month well ultimately the 10-man box but 10-man unit in in the kill team they seem to have settled on
32:52
like er like 10. yeah yeah 10 seems to be and then the next ones they've released is they've done new crew
32:58
who haven't had any models for now and 20 years i was going to say like i
33:04
being new to el hobio um i'm very unfamiliar with them yeah crews
33:10
came out on the same time as they released uh the tao they released them as their as their
33:17
mercenary straight away they were down the same day um they originally i had um a couple of
33:24
different their equivalent of like captains or sergeants or whatever you will as they they call them shapers yeah
33:30
um this one looks to be like an upgrade of an existing model but it's been is a nice reimagining of
33:37
the same thing they give him a cloak which he didn't have originally yeah but he did have that leather mask on over his face and i dug the towel weapon
33:45
above his head really really nice looks good the uh
33:51
they then did a one who looks like he's firing some sort of bow and arrow meets rifle
33:58
which is a really cool unusual looking weapon as well that's new that's not been seen in tower before yeah that's
34:04
really good it's really cool i did look at that and thought you know if i had that i'd have to turn it sideways so it
34:09
looked like the um it looked like the weapon the the blind guy had in rogue one
34:14
oh yeah yeah yeah remember yeah yeah but that's really cool i like it i like the idea that it looks like there's little
34:20
tiny bits of towel technology going on in the bow some of the little some little elements
34:25
of it looks quite high-tech attached to a low-tech rifle yeah i think that's a really nice model as well
34:31
yeah and then the next one i really liked i like this one where he's uh oh he looks better yeah he does the sneak
34:36
like he's just figured out what he's gonna do next it's very very cool nice pose did just it's great because
34:42
they've updated them and kept everything that was good about them in the first place but just
34:47
i think there's a thing they're doing as well just our games workshop thing of now they're getting very good they're thin
34:52
miniatures yeah and yeah design studios fantastic absolutely
34:58
smashing it there's a reason why they're the biggest miniature company and oh yeah and it and it isn't
35:06
because they have a top-notch marketing department no you know it is it's it does all lie with that it doesn't lie
35:12
without yeah and and that that go wrong it should do but yeah yeah i mean it fits in with the mantra you know they
35:17
are a manufacturing company like that's what they focus a lot of their energies into doing and then the last thing they've done is
35:24
a new crew towns which um crew towns in
35:29
the original squads used to be able to be in a in for one to a better team in a troop
35:34
squad so they could be in there amongst them because yeah you could actually have them what i'm actually hoping and i
35:40
don't know if they will but when you collect um tyranids
35:47
the little tiny ripper creatures are scattered amongst the sprue and you clip them off and then you they make you
35:53
get enough of them together and you stick them like however many is four or five on a base yeah and then that's a
35:58
base of rippers okay yeah the same with um it's the same with the scarabs for the
36:04
necrons they they inhabit the bases yeah it'd be lovely if the um
36:09
if the hounds are on the um if the hounds are on the sprue yeah some of me thinks they probably will do
36:16
baby because i think games workshop now do that thing don't be aware if there is an inch of space on
36:21
the sprue they'll they'll fill it with something now and i'm wondering that the uh whether the hounds might actually
36:27
just become part of because it's a good market employee as well because you might get one or two in the box
36:32
but you'll go which you know could you with more of them or and you know people will start spending money on more
36:38
squads yeah just again and like like generally all of the let's say like the crab yeah
36:44
was such a popular miniature yeah like they'll be like let's have angry green space taco yeah yeah absolutely right
36:50
it's nice because obviously the last time they had these you were metal yeah so it's uh it's nicer to see than see the crew town coming back again but my
36:58
hope for them is that they'll end up on um i hope for them is that they'll actually end up on a uh
37:04
a sprue with the main guys then they've showed us some of the scenery for
37:10
yes space hulk variant like a corridor kind of thing and it's quite interesting
37:16
because this is the first time they've sort of said games where um this is the first time games work short said to us
37:23
oh well kill team has played in like seasons you know you've just had your last one
37:28
during that particular campaign and now this one will be for the next few bucks as well yeah
37:35
so i think the um the caskins were on a similar base like that kind of like black yeah yeah they are yeah so i
37:42
think because they're going to be apparently they've already said they will be next and it will still be the space hulk yes yes
37:48
and then more seriously in this they they talk about how the scenery can all slot together
37:53
yeah yeah so i think that will be um yeah i think that will be their plan is that the you know will now probably have
37:59
well how many boxes did we have of the last ones we had
38:06
no i don't have the one with the towel and this is the sisters one so
38:11
um you've got octarius more moroccan and then
38:21
yeah so potentially you might have four just think about how so is it a season a season a year like four because like a
38:27
quarterly yeah yeah so um yeah so you think
38:33
by the end of it you could have like the entire scenery system for like uh
38:39
really cool if that's the way they go like end up playing like a 40k game on it or something yeah really smart so
38:44
that'd be cool to see if they go with that i some people have moaned because a lot of people really love speaker space
38:49
hulk and it's an original format i i loved it i played a few years
38:54
nice little fact for you never won a game not once and never ever won a game of space
39:01
probably says more about me than my opponents to be fair but um yeah i think it's really cool i still hope space hulk
39:08
doesn't get kicked to the cab as a thing that may you know at some point it comes back in it's a
39:13
game in a box format yeah well i think the idea that kill team can exist in a similar environment and all four yeah to
39:20
be fair so i think yeah i think that's a really really great little idea um cool that they're taking it to new places as
39:26
well yeah they're just like here's your board yeah um i like it it's developing it's
39:33
uh yeah no cool i i always really like the kilting guys so the thing i would like to see them do going forward is um
39:40
i i know that the the crews are an established mercenary unit because they've been with tower ever since
39:47
but as we've seen in the as we've seen in the rule book for 40k there's lots of little different alien races out there
39:53
and you go there's no reason that they can't be knocking around
39:58
as well when you go and you know and they then they can be a mercenary uniform
40:03
you know for a whole range of different armies as well anything yeah you know because you you're not having to be committed to having to
40:09
make them you know into a full 440k army their merchandise you can take a squad on a couple of squads or whatever so i hope
40:16
further into the future they they go let's just start doing a unit of these and you know they never have to become
40:22
anything other than the 10-man box of the earth yeah which to be honest i know that his steel legion has got
40:28
not steel legion sorry see death correctly has a mega omega legacy within forge world yeah but within
40:36
40k in plastic they them they only exist in one box
40:41
they're not looking like doing a heavy weapon squad for them they're not doing tank crew for them all no anything else
40:47
so in a weird way they're the same as their mess now years ago it's just this box yeah what you're with
40:52
it what you will yeah and to some degree the eldar pirates are the same you're going you know they did you won't
40:58
be up they won't be making anything to do like a whole army of them if you held our pirates on bikes they won't be doing
41:04
that it's just that yeah add it to your army as you want so i'd like to see them do more alien
41:11
races further down the line that can be used as mercenaries like the crew so yeah i'm all good with that um i think
41:17
it's quite an interesting move yeah i could say i just don't want it to you know there ever been space hulk ever again
41:24
there's gonna be i reckon primaries terminators are bound to happen yes um
41:31
maybe 10th edition yeah well apparently didn't somebody um
41:38
hasn't somebody been dispatched as a graphic designer to do
41:44
something for a video game in the future and the design where he was sent to draw
41:49
was basically looks like primaris terminators so uh yeah potentially they are
41:54
something that's on the horizon i got told this very briefly on something on on youtube and i only sort
42:01
of half digested it but so put up in them images of what looked like primaris uh
42:07
primaries terminators and the other thing that i think we're probably going to get because they they're seen in um
42:14
in the space hulk um in space marine two video game is looking like um
42:19
uh us jump pack more assault marines for yeah except something like a big big part of
42:25
the first game wasn't it so yeah they'll be like can we have jump packs of pride yeah we can now is there in the trailer aren't they the space marines are all
42:31
wearing primaris armor and space marine too but they turn up on jump packs i thought they jumped off the thunder oh
42:37
did you jump off the thunder hawk but i think oh but they say is there a gameplay clip where he like yeah jumps into the ground
42:43
or something yeah yeah so i think there's uh i think there's something going on with that so i wouldn't be surprised if there's some sort of turn
42:49
up in 10th yeah or turn up as something to make you pull your finger out and buy the uh
42:55
the second variant of the space marine codes accesses you for releasing yes yeah yeah you might release them for
43:01
that to sort of go you know yeah to you know please spend more money because yes your new unit will only be
43:07
in that box yeah yeah so from that bit that's caught my eye because it's 40k and it's kill team and
43:14
it's something i have a bit of an interest in both um uh i'm thumbs up with that yeah anything yeah
43:20
particularly we've i mean the anger on leak made me giggle um the angry that was showing more imperial guards
43:26
yeah yeah so yeah it's arcadians with backpacks now and yeah and the tiny corner of what might be the new
43:33
um tank is they getting a tank that's meant to be like smaller than a bane blade but
43:39
bigger than a lehman russ yeah it's called what's the imperial fists primark
43:47
dawn i think it's called the dawn oh right yeah because obviously about the lehman ross so you've had a primark name
43:53
tank already so yeah i think it's named after him so there's a corner on that potato cam image of a tank that
44:00
no one recognizes the back of yeah yeah so i seen that they did their usual things and as soon as the potato camp
44:06
variant when are they then somebody they go oh they're very annoyed that
44:12
you're looking at bad potato quality pitches like exactly
44:19
as they did with the guards like and you can always tell when the reveal video has been filmed and edited in the
44:25
afternoon yeah um because they'd whack it on and do some 360s and stuff like that but um
44:31
because they had to do that with the demon prince yeah and um
44:37
and the uh the guard i think they they released the images didn't they yeah and then was
44:42
the video did they do a video no i don't think they did they just probably yeah
44:48
yeah so but i mean yeah they so they cancelled the uh the play testing program because
44:53
um it's getting leaked absolutely yes so much of it's getting leaked um so that would be interesting moving forward
44:59
seeing how they manage their play testing well the thing is about all the pools we've talked about it before that
45:04
i don't think the play testing is up to much scratch anyway because you know they bring out a rule on them within a
45:11
couple of weeks of starting a other codex the next thing they're going oh well we want to change this now and we you know we've
45:17
decided that's a lot of power i think faqs and stuff yeah straight away so yeah i'd rather the testing of that as
45:23
much as yeah all right it means i'm not going to be you know i'm not going to be as likely to be able to see
45:29
things that are you know earlier they should be and leaked codexes and all of their stuff but yeah yeah if you bring
45:35
it you know hopefully if they can bring it in house maybe they can get it to that codex as a codex as a codex for as
45:41
long as it's meant to be i would worry yeah i i would worry that um
45:48
you know if you have a boss who has a reputation for being a bit of an
45:53
angry intimidating character and if you disagree with them will make your life difficult
45:59
you know games workshop like i said very tribal yeah or or like downton you know you don't go against the family
46:06
and you're like yes father i i think these mortal women characteristics are absolutely fantastic father
46:13
please please give me my bonus father don't throw me in the stocks um
46:20
i would genuinely be concerned that something like that might yeah you would need somebody
46:26
uh with big balls to go yeah so go in and be like this is heresy yeah um or
46:32
i've just broke this codex and turned it into like a you know yes yeah i've immediately broke it or as well like
46:37
sometimes when you're so close to something um you know you have to step away you have to have other people come
46:42
in and stress test it yeah yeah um so and obviously when it when it um
46:49
when it with all the orc vehicles like whenever we have all the buggies and they were winning tournaments when it
46:54
was just the the two thousand point army of orcs was just vehicles yeah yeah um
47:00
and then they were like we already have vehicle games yeah you know guess we'll have to change it um and because they i
47:07
guess wouldn't have thought it would be played that way because otherwise they would have put the rules in already yeah um so
47:15
sometimes you can be like well nobody will do it like that yes they will like i've said before i just don't know
47:20
whether they don't play test well enough or just the average intelligence of a of a
47:26
tournament ready 40k player is so high that they can break a codex very quickly you know i
47:32
don't know you know but either either or neither should be happening they should you know a kodak should be
47:41
a kodak should be tournament-proof rarely yeah yeah and i guess there's always
47:47
going to be errors and and or like ways of interpreting the rules
47:53
and having to you know change a bit of the language like oh what is it is it because 40k is like
47:59
i mean i don't play it is it too complicated it says because there's a lot i know from filming the back reps so like god there's so many rules yeah um
48:06
because the thing is you do you don't want to end up back at london gt
48:12
it was a good game no it wasn't but it wasn't though was it you know what i was back there again such a wonderful
48:18
advertisement yeah this amazing hobby yeah uh what tournament play is i mean
48:24
we've said it a bunch of times you said to me like when i'm like god all these rules and this that the other they'd be like well just don't don't use them
48:31
just use the book if you're not playing competitive issues because i know like uh somebody was telling me recently they're like oh if
48:37
you need to play admit you need like four books yeah um if you're going to play competitively but you know you know
48:43
well me and them me and my me tim i've gotten nearly in the whole episode not mentioned him um
48:49
me and my meet him just look at what comes out from them and go decide what bits of it what once we go yeah we'll have that
48:56
yeah but we won't have that and we know it's like you know so yeah like i say you can't be made to
49:04
play at gunpoint using their rules you take out of it what you yeah you just take out of it what you fancy so yeah
49:10
but yeah i would just like to say uh just for a minute
49:15
stan mr stone games i'm quite liking new brushes you're getting really well not bad at
49:20
all thank you i need a bit more a bit more time i i use the um the series m
49:26
uh artist brushes usually which i i think are like well you can see
49:32
this is two size twos yeah uh if i can get them in focus
49:39
um the uh the size m is is like a bit
49:44
stubbier i think i feel like there's more bristles it's got a bigger belly yeah and the size i think the the series
49:50
m are quite stiff yeah uh which i'm used to yeah not to say that this is worse no no they're
49:56
just a softer brush whereas i use the s series yeah they are a softer brush so this is uh i
50:02
quite swam very much as in my uh there's very much in my wheelhouse so again it's in one's wheelhouse yes yes so thank you
50:08
again for uh sending them on so it's that time of the show hobby
50:13
heroes hobby humus yes and this time here is a man who not only
50:20
paints a fair marine he heritage fair marine up as well doesn't he
50:26
jesus christ the one and only mavericks paint yeah
50:31
mavericks paint a straight away hats off from us uh retired firefighter with a poorly back
50:37
which was sorry to hear that and but you know firefighters losses are again because
50:43
he's thrown himself into painting miniatures yeah and bless him you know he he may have a
50:49
damaged back but he's done far worse to space marines a lot of you were i would imagine i've
50:55
already seen him but he he models them being blown in half chopped
51:02
them yeah just like interesting ways to dance like you know literally is it's like every death under the sun for a poor
51:08
space marine but it's not even just like a bit of a giggle they're painted extraordinarily well with so many
51:15
different effects yeah he mainly um interestingly works in um in reels he
51:22
works in one-minute reels a lot of the time but so i think i think that came from
51:27
instagram and i think it came from because they're really pushing the
51:33
one-minute content to try and rival tik tok um and lots of creators were
51:40
being like oh i don't know how to do video i don't want to get into doing it and he did and has had incredible
51:47
success yeah and he does he is painting is extremely good yep straight off the bat will say that but
51:54
he does do a really good job of being able to take something really well done and break it
51:59
down in a minute yes successfully yeah yeah to be able to get across you know and there's so much humor in the videos
52:05
as well yeah like i feel like his character really comes across yeah even even if he doesn't talk he does a really good job he um
52:11
he he's uh as many of the people that we are big fans of and he is a bit of a master of
52:17
the oil paint he did he did um he painted a really good imperial fish that he covered with
52:22
brown brown oil paint to the point that i slightly started to control my sphincter
52:29
sort of sort of tensing up with the thought of covering this miniature at this moment was that like a streaking
52:35
grime yeah i think it was a street and grime and he covered it and then he took it all back off and i was thinking good
52:41
luck to you mate because i'm not sure you have some good shows and it looked great yeah he did a really really fantastic job over he's
52:48
i'd like to say he's his ability to knock an informative video into one minute i
52:53
think is an absolute stunning skill yeah so uh microset microsol
52:58
i watch his tutorial and and follow that one um he's done like how to paint a bolter and that was really great painted
53:05
power swords various like blades and glazes and stuff like that painting a flame thrower yeah all of
53:12
these things in just little bite-sized reels fantastic really really impressive
53:17
really really good and you know even if it's all you're going to tune in for is seeing what
53:22
a space room would look like if someone shot a melter gun through the middle of him he's got you covered
53:29
he really has yeah he is um he's this week's hobby hero mavericks
53:34
paint go and give him a watch on uh yeah he's on instagram youtube tic toc uh
53:39
like the big three yeah is is doing well on uh on everything yeah yeah he's uh
53:45
he's really really impressive yeah and and like i say to do such an informative video
53:51
in one minute is uh particularly cool it really is yeah
53:56
thank you for your work mr mavericks mr maverick paints we uh we're loving it thank you very much
54:01
so in the last couple of days pat you've done a thing haven't you have another thing what we've done you
54:07
did the thing you um you went for um an unconvinced an unconventional
54:14
way of painting a marine and constructing a marine i was feeling a little bit sassy jeff
54:20
um one of your dates that you know what you like when this weather gets too yeah my
54:25
god it's so hot isn't it um yeah i mean like uh the long story of it is uh yeah we we um
54:34
the the longer form videos that we produce quite often i'll cut them down into like a painting montage and put
54:40
some shorts up yeah um and we're not good painters
54:49
and and people i guess aren't used to that like say like the quality of the video doesn't match the quality of
54:54
yeah of the painting so but i can i just add to that as well i think what doesn't help with having
55:00
uh videos filmed is the fact that you're such a good job you do such a good job at it what i think people aren't used to
55:07
is how close you film yeah to a miniature yeah so it looks it yeah you know if you get any a better lens and
55:13
this uh the next time you film me i'll just be painting atoms yes yeah i mean like every metal stuff when you get too
55:18
close to it like it you you start to see the cracks yeah because it has been painted so we're not doing ourselves any
55:24
favors by putting lenses that far away from a minute so i painted the jeans jeans steeler cult neophyte
55:30
and add a bit of a ripping which is your entitled to your opinion yeah what the thing is like say
55:36
you know it is painted it's painted while it's being filmed extraordinarily close and it's there for
55:42
you to see what's in all as to what painting the real miniature looks like as opposed to being painted a nice safe distance and
55:49
and then we who and are about how nice it was but anyway i had a bit of a ripping i'm a big boy i've got big
55:54
shoulders i can cope with it yeah but you um you decided to get your little sassy hat on
56:00
i'd do a thing oh don't make me laugh i'm gonna i'm gonna pick chrome in my recess right i'm gonna stop yeah
56:07
i'm impressed you picked that up so um uh yeah i
56:12
there was one comment that made me laugh and it was um it was just like videography great painting rubbish i'm
56:19
so confused yeah um so as a bit of a response
56:25
i uh i painted this monstrosity [Laughter]
56:33
you're making the table shape yes i'm sorry i'm sorry i've got a movie um which if you can see that all the eyes
56:39
oh they just all of the eyes gi yeah they're just like a big big peer into
56:44
your soul um so i painted this in about 20 minutes
56:52
um got it got it all on camera oh i need to show you the transfer there we go look at that i don't think you've used
56:58
any microset or microsoft on that you know now that i'm looking at it funnily enough um i didn't jeff no no i didn't um we have
57:06
some dirty down rust just all the techniques just on one leg
57:11
um i like the idea that they stood still long enough it won't spot just with like
57:16
one leg and a leak um so if any if if anyone's wondering about you know how i painted this
57:23
um i didn't prime it i just just globbed on some avalanche sunset um you know recesses the rubber
57:30
is black uh blood angel's red contrast pain for the shoulders uh some green you know the
57:36
power sword is highlighted i went yeah this is an assault intercessor
57:42
which when they're leaning forwards and running forwards on that foot as they should they look quite
57:49
normal and quite aggressive dynamic yeah um but i just put put uh put them on the flat of their
57:55
foot and it just looks like they're falling over the only thing that miniature is missing is a small miniature banana skin under that oh
58:02
maybe yeah and i do have toughs on the base yeah you put the effort in there you know the bases
58:09
[Laughter] so i made this and and uh screenshotted
58:16
the comment and and and my reply that just said welcome to the painting face baby um
58:23
and i put this on all of our platforms and and
58:28
tick tock seems to have enjoyed it immensely immensely um when when i
58:34
checked before we started filming it had a hundred and eighty thousand views yes and we've been filming for
58:41
well just about an hour one hour and five minutes so about an hour because we've got a couple of little places what do you think we're on
58:47
well like my original bet when i came up when we when you mentioned the two movies i said 240 wasn't it or 220 i
58:52
can't yeah it was 220 i think so i'm not gonna look oh okay go what are you saying
58:58
i um i'm gonna go
59:03
i'm going to go mental i'm going to go go go 250. 250. yeah okay
59:10
go on baby and what are you going to say i was 220 220
59:16
238 oh yeah so we're nearly we're nearly at a quarter of a million
59:22
views in uh 12 hours and this is the worst childhood the
59:29
worst miniature i've ever produced um but it's funny
59:35
and it's shareable and i think that's what people have cottoned onto so and we're probably going to stop making this
59:40
content because it's only watched by a few hundred people um if we can reach 250 000 people in a
59:46
day yeah um i'll paint i'll paint these for the rest of my life well we need to try and figure out how to monetize i'm good yeah i'm going to them
59:53
i'm going to get myself a um i'm going to get myself a house paint roller and do a couple of rhinos
59:59
yeah [Laughter] so read you some of the comments i hate
1:00:05
this with a passion well he's so passionate about it
1:00:12
oh someone chose chaos today thanks i equally love and hate it
1:00:19
something in a different language i will have to google translate better than what i can do oh
1:00:25
god it hurt to watch i'm in stunned silence no crying emoji
1:00:32
those grass patch placements absolutely made this chef's kiss
1:00:38
[Laughter] so a lot of confusion and people are saying he's perfect um this is this is a
1:00:45
female space marine folks you know we all know exist and love female space
1:00:50
means everyone's a big the minute they're mentioned everyone has a big hurry for them to be made so this is a sister's a battle head um and everyone
1:00:57
thinks i took it from the he-man matches it makes it even funnier or even more funny
1:01:03
um you're really trying to bring out the details in the figure
1:01:09
average female space marine painter there we go someone oh yeah words cannot describe the
1:01:15
discomfort i feel right now i love the idea of an entire army
1:01:20
painted like this i see you've been taking lessons out of my book finally someone who can paint like me
1:01:28
love and hate this at the same time this video started again and the monstrous blob of paint just getting smacked onto
1:01:35
this poor superhuman mutant warrior was too much
1:01:41
oh it's so [ __ ] funny so i'm just gonna give up what was the one that but my favorite is still
1:01:47
finally one thick coating
1:01:58
we've joked about bringing warhammer into a state of disrepute yes i think we've finally done it it didn't
1:02:05
take as long no been on the air three months i think we've done quite well that's it we just retire now two in a bit months
1:02:11
[Laughter] so um you know
1:02:17
that's that's um ten minutes no 20 minutes work 250 000 views
1:02:24
um game on [ __ ]
1:02:30
oh it's fantastic i don't know where he's find um funny when i start coughing when i'm trying to laugh that's that's the key that it's uh
1:02:37
you see this this i'm warrior you know use a beautiful model like this this
1:02:44
is my my the most successful video on our channel is um like the eye the shorts the i'm
1:02:51
worried short yeah it's got like 39 000. jean stiller got 20 000. most successful
1:02:58
long video was uh the first time which got which got 14 000 yeah and
1:03:04
then this [Laughter] so
1:03:10
um if there is a moral of the story i guess it's um put on your sassy pants
1:03:16
and just paint really badly and enjoy yourself yeah it's just painting and it's making you laugh while
1:03:23
i'm doing it yeah i i tell you what when i was painting this i was thinking to myself right how i
1:03:29
don't think this looks bad enough because like i tell you i globbed on this paint when it was wet it looked
1:03:36
horrific but like i i mean you'll see what you've got to give it to the details managing
1:03:41
to fight its way through yeah like there was a couple of bubbles and stuff but with the face like you'll see how much
1:03:47
paint i smushed on it you can still see the lips you can still see the nose like some like some of the finer details gone
1:03:55
yeah yeah but really not very much like you can still see like you've you've watched the video you saw how much paint
1:04:01
i put there and you can see the trowel yeah you can still see the ridges which
1:04:07
is frankly shocking well it's but it's testament to the design of the miniatures yeah yeah yeah
1:04:13
so well done design studio um someone like me can barely ruin them
1:04:18
um but yeah i i was thinking to myself how can i make this
1:04:24
even worse um and i think i think that for me it's the transfer the transfers yeah i love
1:04:30
it but there we go that's that's enough of that one so um if you haven't seen that
1:04:37
um you know that's well you may well have done but that's some behind the scenes um so insult us and
1:04:43
we'll paint more miniatures like this yeah i think i might i might genuinely paint a kill
1:04:49
team um i might paint the rest of that assault intercessor box
1:04:54
like this and just have an army of absolute ding-dongs
1:05:02
right name name you have to name this legion oh there's a good job there we go if you've
1:05:08
watched all the way through name this legion um somebody did name on tick tock so they said call him greg
1:05:15
um so this is greg the female space marine yeah um but what who does she work with yeah
1:05:23
yeah alpha legion symbols but you know they could mean anything else yeah
1:05:28
yeah because you know it's all made up so uh it doesn't matter um
1:05:34
god and i put so much superglue on there as well that is not coming off
1:05:41
brilliant so thank you for watching and we're very very nearly at 2 000
1:05:48
subscribers we are by the time this comes out maybe we might even be there thank you so much it's been really really kind not even three months and
1:05:54
you've got us to to that nearly 2 000 subscribers really really appreciate it but if you're watching this and you
1:06:00
haven't subscribed off you go get down there and press that button be much appreciated and if you are a
1:06:06
subscriber tell your mates and get them some subscribers well i'll let them know about this uh let them know about greg
1:06:12
because i think she needs all the attention she can get thank you very much for tuning in it's
1:06:19
much appreciated i'm now looking forward to the end of the show because i think um
1:06:25
yeah but i think it's probably about time i put some pants on yeah we are naked from the waste town
1:06:32
cut to greg see if she has any last words goodbye
1:06:46
oh jesus christ oh god
1:07:12
you
